Eight online tools you should use with your students

Padlet A great tool to encourage collaborative work online. After discussing certain items of vocabulary, students can be asked to classify the words into different categories and post them on a shared wall. They can do it at the same time and the teacher can monitor students' work. Google Docs This is one of the apps I most frequently use with my students, especially when we focus on process writing. You can ask your students to type a piece of writing on a google doc. In this way, learners are provided with opportunities to receive immediate feedback on their work from their teacher and peers. Youtube One of the most common apps used in the classroom. You can play a video about a certain topic while the students complete some activities to check comprehension and then, you can elicit the grammar from a meaningful context. W E L C O M E ! My name is Julieta De Marco. I am twenty-seven years old and I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been working as an English teacher for four years at a secondary school in Buenos Aires province.
